About the event
Are you looking for a space to build honest community among other People of the Global Majority? At our weekly gatherings, share joys, grief and the complexities of existing in America as a BIPOC person. We will also be learning somatic grounding techniques and principles of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction to build skills in centering in our values and inherent power.
