About the event

This month’s slow, gentle and restorative flow will focus on connecting to the areas of your body and nervous system that need some nice, easy gentleness. We will move through an accessible sequence of poses and meditations that help you deepen your practices of self love and care. This yoga circle welcomes all bodies and levels. Led by Lindsay Craven, MSW, LSWAIC. Pay if/what you can, maximum suggested exchange is $25.
