In our monthly Gentle Yoga for Anxiety circle, we will be exploring how accessing calm in our bodies through gentle movement, breathwork, and mindfulness can help us connect to a deeper aliveness in our spirit and our tissues.

About the event
When we are able to support our nervous systems and our bodies by engaging in calming resources, we expand our capacity to feel more deeply, we make more room in our minds and bodies to reach for experiences that leave us feeling nourished, and we grow more and more able to open ourselves up for things that make us feel alive. “Aliveness” means different things to each of us and can show up in actions, experiences, and connections that offer us feelings of love, safety and calm, nourishment, mutual understanding, inspiration, creativity, empowerment, strength, and so many other things.
Join us on Wednesday, March 8th at 6 pm for a flow centered around the intersection of calming our bodies and moving toward aliveness, however you define it from moment to moment.
