About the event

It can feel really hard to love ourselves unconditionally without conditions. There is so much messaging out there, or personal traumas and histories that we are holding that tell us we are not worthy of that. But loving ourselves is absolutely something we deserve, and my hope is that this month’s circle can help us build a practice of offering tangible, whole-hearted love to ourselves, and build comfort with receiving it.

I hope you will join us! May you feel deep love, grace, and care for yourself now and always!
