Mugwort is the base of this magical blend and is one of the most well-known, versatile and sacred herbs for physical and spiritual healing for so many lineages. Here it combines with lavender, peace rose, and white sagebrush (note: this is not the same as white sage, the plant that is at risk due to how often it is appropriated and misused by non-Native people). Mugwort is known to offer support in healing inflamed, dry, and irritated skin, as well as being a potent herb to help offer spiritual protection and open up space to receive messages from dreams. White sagebrush offers similar healing and anti-inflammatory properties, along with holding cleansing and protection medicine. Often overlooked for this purpose, lavender and rose also offer the skin healing support for dryness, inflammation and irritation, as well as supporting calm and ease from tension and anxiety, and holding some deep heart medicine to support opening yourself up to love from yourself and others. Use a small amount on scrapes, cuts, areas of irritated and/or dry skin. Massage into tense or sore muscles. Can be applied to heart space, temples, third eye, or any other part of the body that is calling for cleansing, protection, love, and to open up to dream messages. Use within 6 months.
