Customer satisfaction is VERY important to us!  We work very hard to handcraft superior products. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchase, and we will gladly issue you a STORE CREDIT for the amount of the purchase (excluding shipping), once the item is returned to us at YOUR cost.

All orders under 16 oz are shipped first class mail. Orders weighing over 16 oz ship Priority 2 day Priority Mail.  Holidays and weather conditions may affect delivery times. 

 

Because our products are only preserved with natural preservatives versus toxic chemicals, they are made in small batches to ensure maximum freshness and quality. Therefore, they may take up to 3-5 days after you order for them to ship, although we will try to send them ASAP. 

 

Please Note; Postage, Handling & Taxes are all included in the Shipping Charges.

All items will be shipped (USPS) United States Postal Service, with a shipping and tracking confirmation within the time allotted. We allow 24hrs for cancellations after receiving your order. We will then ship your order within 3 to 5 business days after the order has been received. We will confirm if there are any delays from the shop. We are unable to confirm USPS delays.
