“Reiki connects you to your innate power to heal.”
Reiki is a natural wellness technique that works with body’s energetic systems. Rooted in the Japanese words “Rei” and “Ki” (together meaning “universal life force energy”) this technique works by gently guiding life force energy into the recipient with light touch or from a distance.
This subtle and relaxing energy work can help relieve tension, stress, and support the body’s innate ability to heal on all levels – physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. This works with the knowledge that all our aspects of our well-being are connected to the energy flowing in and around us.
Tapping into this energy supports us and helps transmute the energy in our environment. Our health is better aided when energy flows freely throughout our energy field. Energy can become blocked as a result of many factors. Reiki assists in restoring an energetic balance by releasing emotions, experiences, and stress that have been energetically stored in the body contributing to dis-ease.

Reiki is a great tool to use as a complement to treatment being received by a healthcare provider or wellness practitioner. Some of the many benefits you may receive include:

-
Stress reduction
-
Mental clarity & focus
-
Pain relief
-
Mind-body-spirit awareness
-
Connection to inner/ancestral wisdom
-
Emotional support
-

-
Improved sleep
